My Story
Hannah Rainbolt, M.S., BCBA, is a school-based behavior specialist and special education leader with extensive experience supporting students with complex social-emotional and behavioral needs. She currently serves as a Coordinator of Special Education in San Diego County and works closely with school teams to design effective, inclusive environments where students can thrive.
Hannah’s work centers on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), PBIS, and MTSS, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and real-world implementation. She partners with educators, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families to ensure behavior supports are practical, sustainable, and aligned with students’ needs.
Grounded in the belief that behavior is communication, Hannah focuses on helping teams understand the “why” behind behavior and build systems that support both students and the adults who serve them. Her approach prioritizes clarity, consistency, and compassion—because meaningful change happens when environments are designed with intention.
